Patient uploads from their phone
The patient opens the link, sees exactly what's requested, and uploads photos or files straight from their device. No app install.
Provider reviews in the dashboard
Uploads appear against the request in real time. See what's received, what's missing, and download everything when it's complete.

Access-token security
Each link is an unguessable, single-purpose token with an expiry. Patients never get a password, and links stop working once they lapse.
Clinic-scoped by default
Providers only ever see their own clinic's patients, requests, and documents, enforced at the database level.
Full audit trail
